A friend brought me a pan like this from Portugal 20 years ago.I've used it at least once a week since.Over time it's gotten scarred and dented.I was worried I would never find another one.I can't tell you how excited I was to find a replacement on Amazon.It's the perfect way to toast baguette for a cheese tray or make toasts for soup.
