I think I'll be giving this away to one of the kids.Used it tonite to fry up a couple of burgers and I'll tell you, it took me quite a while and not a little elbow grease to clean it using a nylon scouring pad.Really expected easier clean-up. It does sit evenly on my rangetop (ceramic).
Found this little skillet to be quite the easy cooker. Very even heat distributin and even cooking with no significant spattering due to hot spots (4 hamburger patties). The cooking surface is slick to the touch and cleaned easily with mild dish soap and wiped dry. Buy this skillet and you will be pleased. We will buy the 12"and a covered pan soon.

I got two pans, one larger than the other. I'm a good cook and use proper techniques, however these pans are very difficult to clean. I was hoping these would last a while, but it's easier to clean up when I use my cast iron pans rather than these.

Cooks evenly but clean up is impossible! I have several other Cat Cora products and love them...but this one is disappointing. Buyer beware!
