Everything pictured on box is present. 12 Pieces. I love this cookware first time my fry pans are NOT getting all scratched up! And it's a great non-stick which makes cleaning a breeze. I haven't used all the pieces yet but like it so far.
The photo does not match the actual contents of the set. (The Ecolution Artistry Eco-Friendly Chicken Fryer with High Dome Glass Lid is not included.) The text description is correct: "8-Inch Fry Pan, 9.5-Inch Fry Pan, 11-Inch Fry pan, 1-Quart Saucepan with glass lid, 2-Quart Saucepan with glass lid, 5-Quart Dutch Oven with glass lid, Bamboo Spatula, Bamboo Spoon, and a collapsible Silicone Steamer." The lid for the Dutch Oven also fits the 9.5" frying pan. No lid is included for the 11-inch frying pan.
Low rating is for the mismatched photo only. The pans actually seem pretty nice! (Haven't used them yet.)
