I have CIA's 12" and 8" copper core non stick frying pans and they are absolutely the best pans I've owned. However the 8" pan is a little too small for the weight of the handle, so it easily tips over.Just be careful.
These pans are well built, heat up quickly, the non stick coating seems to last, no muss and no fuss with these pans.A real joy to cook with, everything slides off. They are a little pricey but well worth the price.
Once you cook with these babies, you'll never want to use anything else.
I have an Emeril Lagasse 10" non stick and less than a year the coating has already worn off and it takes forever to heat up.Easily the worst pan I've owned.Bam!Da Worst and expensive.
I own a 12" stainless steel multi copper core All Clad, it's pretty and shiney and everything but hate the ritual of having to heat the pan and heavily priming it with oil before cooking. If you don't, everything sticks to it.And the clean up is the worst.
