Cuisinox Elite 3.7 Quart Covered Chef's Pan

I have been cooking with this pan since I received it.It performs very well. It is in compact size with very nice capacity.And if you put a rack in the pan, you can use it to steam lots of stuff, thanks to the dome lid.Overall, I like this pan.

I do wish the handle could be a bit wider and thicker, so it would be much easier to hold when I need to pour things out.Although the handle stays cool, the lid gets hot quicklier than I expected.Also the pan came with very heavy machinery grease smell.I had to clean it really well before the first use.
