I was skeptical about ordering a non-stick surface griddle for health concerns, however, when I read the description of the surface that was provided with the packaging, I was very pleased.This product is next-generation non-stick, and is not a safety hazard in the the way the old-time non-stick was.The griddle itself is a work of art, especially the part that makes contact with the stove, so I hang it on a hook with the bottom facing out, and it looks like modern, Mexican art hanging in my kitchen.Plus, the griddle works great with my ceramic cooktop stove.

well, I grew up in Russia and am used to crepes being buttery...but with the excellent frying pan you dont really need butter... ironically it makes my favorite dish not as appetizing...go figure... but the pan is very nice

I use this pan for everything!It's the right size for 2 or 3 people. Easy clean up, even heat. Pancakes, french fries, any kind of saute.Highly recommend.
