I bought this on Ebay, new, but without the lid. The first use, all the food stuck and I figured I wasted my money. Couple weeks later, I tried a generic spray on canola oil. That was the trick! I am using it over and over again, with superior cooking results. The clean up is extremely simple. You either wash it out, or take a paper towel or napkin, and wipe it out. No food stains after several uses. The outside still looks like a mirror, and the silicone bottom of the handle makes it a dream to pick up. Even after several uses, it still looks new. I am definitely getting another one. I don't usually write reviews on anything. I just had to say something about this pan, to let others know how great it is.
