I lost the original probe & cable, so I couldn't use my little fryer for awhile. This is a very special cableyou can't find it at Radioshack or anywhere else! It has two holes & one probe, which is unique. It connects to a special magnetic part on the other end, which gives you the ability to disconnect in a second, & not fumble to try & turn off the thermostat when it's hot. My other electric pans are not like it. Now I can make tortilla chips by the pound, & fry my won-tons.
