Somehow I didn't realize how big a 14" pan would be. It's actually about 14.5" from edge to edge. The handle is another 11.5", making it hard to fit into a cupboard (I've settled for leaving it on top of the microwave). It's very heavy so heavy it's awkward to lift with one hand. The heavy base makes for pretty even heat distribution, better than I expected for an aluminum pan.The non-stick finish is fantastic so far. It's great to have a large non-stick pan for big stir-fries, or for cooking four pancakes at once.
